Pentecost Sunday (June 4th, 2006)
Momentum is building! Our rhythm of prayer over the past few days will be culminating on Pentecost Sunday when a significant representation of the Church of the Long Beach/Lakewood/Bellflower area will "be together in one place" (Acts 2:1). The word on the streets is that Christians from all around this region are planning on coming to join in the prayerful celebration so get there early!
Once again, this gathering provides us a powerful opportuntiy to demonstrate the reality that we all know to be true: that there is only one bride of Christ and she belongs to Jesus!Help get the word out by forwarding on this email to people you regularly pray with, mentioning that you are going when you gather with your local church family and even encourage people to go from the pulpits on Sunday!!
